Took my wife to an appointment last week at this place. It was a quite painless experience. She took only her prescriptions and doctors contact information with her. The appointment took about an hour between the paperwork and the actual doctors exam. They will request records from her regular doctor.

BUT EVEN BETTER; They file the paperwork with the state for you. That is a big deal because when I got my card (at a different center) I was just told to go home and send my picture, application etc. to the State Health Department myself.
These folks take your picture and do all that nasty stuff for you.

I also recommend this center because their LOCAL people. Most centers I called, I ended up talking to someone in another state...

Especially for those of us that will need to renew soon.

She received her card today. A mere five days after she went to Shop420.org.

Like I said... painless.

I have my appointment with shop420.org in a few days. I'm curious to find out if the recommendation from the doctor and associated paper work normally costs $199 in the state of Arizona? I can reach in my pockets far enough and come up with the money, just a little taken aback at the cost.

Is that the total they are asking? or is there more?

1. The state gets $150

2. They file the paperwork with the state for you. A big relief!

The total is $349.  $199 for the rec. and associated paperwork.  $150 for the state fee.  I am glad I don't have to deal with the paperwork.  If I did I doubt I would ever get around to getting a card.

Most doctors charge 150 instead of 199. But they do not take your picture and process the paperwork for you.. I think it's worth it. The cost of a good oz..

All I did was take my prescriptions with me. That was all it takes if your taking the right drugs to verify your illmess.

I just called 520-661-7721 and talked to Eric, the owner of the shop.

He requested you try him again. Ask for Eric. I told him to expect your call.

He will get you right in if you tell him you are with TMM.

They like us there...

Hi All, Anybody have the link to the Dept of Health do it your-self on-line applications for caregiver?? I cant seem to find it

Thanks

 That is a little complicated.

You cannot be a caregiver without a patient to care for...

First you have to modify the patient and add or change the caregiver name on the patient application.

Then you will have an "application number" for the caregiver to finish the caregiver's application. But, first you must aquire that ap number by modifying the patient, generating the number that is used to complete the application.

It's all designed to make it as ****ty as possible...

This is not true. People need to educate themselves before getting the program in more trouble then it already is. If you do not provide medical records at the time of your appointment, the physician is illigaly certifying you.

Simple as that.

We should also tell everyone there is now a MMD in Bisbee. I have an appointment today. It is simply called  The Clinic

She charges only 60 bucks for the office visit and 40 for any follow up visits and if u are on Medicade, as I am, it pays for the office visit....Sounds like a winner to me. Ill report in later today on how it all went>>>Kentuck
