yes or any organic spray need more info as to type of bug. lady bugs work good

On the plant. There was two on the back of a leaf, so I started inspecting the other plants and noticed that one of the other plants had quite a few on one of the stems.

I don't have a good camera, but it looked just like a white dot. when I looked with my magnifying glass I could tell it was a bug...

note : DO NOT PUT NEEM OIL ON FLOWERING PLANTS OR WHEN HARVESTING. Neem oil is for the vegitative stage only ,your white bugs are most likely white flys and there eggs. good luck on your growing and a picture will definatley help. yellow sticky traps are a good prevenitatve measure. neem oil is good for the vegitative stage and right before you put em into flower

you might put an afflicted leaf in a jar for a "show and tell"..
I'm sure someone can identify the critters and prescribe a remedy.

Does anyone know where I can find ladybugs locally? Tried Silverbell Nursery, but they don't have any this time of year...

I would donate some...but my cilantro patch is just getting established, Cilantro, in bloom, is particularly attractive to them. I harvest the seed into a paper grocery bag and need to leave it open so the ladybugs can escape. Anyway, having moved last year.....
