Some rumor-mongers started spreading around that you were not busted for mmj but rather for 'domestic abuse'.
We have tried to explain to those who are interested in the real truth (some are not interested) that CPS stepped in only because of the butter found in the house which turned the whole thing into a 'narcotics' charge and child endangerment.
The children were given to the ex-wife because of the concentrates. The charges went from minor to major... because of the concentrates.
Let this be a warning to those who think those concentrates are a safe way to go. The charges went from simple misdemeanors to serious felonies because of the conmcentrates.
Maybe peeps should connsider the source and especially the motivation for such rumors...
i wish i could say more but i cant after i am done with the court process i will give a detailed account. i can assure you all this is not a case of abuse it is trumped up charge

I have talked to LT, been to his house, seen the # of plants he had less then a week before this happened. He had started clones for me and others which pushed up his plant count. It is lucky that it was not me that was raided. I feel, that we all need to understand that helping LT will likely protect ourselves.

The cops really tried to screw LT. They trashed his house so bad for the sole reason of taking deceptive pictures of the mess. Then they used the images to get custody of his children taken.
They lied on the police report multiple times. They had his house condemned.
At Low Tides request, as moral support, I attended the resulting CPS hearing to determine the status of the children. The bust, case file and charges were the main topic of the hearing.
The child endangerment charges stemmed from the fact that LT had a little butter to make cookies. It made the whole thing a 'narcotics' situation and a felony.
LT will probably get-off on most of the charges... according to the very expensive attorney he needs to hire.
We need to support our community members.
