i was lucky enough to talk to this patient before he went on air he sounds like a good guy and hes doin the right thing by spreadin the word despite humbles attitude or the news anchors lack of mmj knowledge..
This is a good start. The 25 Mile Rule was deviously inputted by the attorneys (hired by the corporate dispensary owners) who drafted Prop 203. The 25 Mile Rule creates the ultimate monopoly, unheard of in ANY of the other MMJ states. This will allow dispensaries to boost prices to record setting levels, and unfortunately create even a bigger "black market" for the cartels and other drug dealers.
Patients should retain the right to cultivate their own medicine. This part of the law need's to be amended. Please attend your local chapter of NORML and demand that legal action begin to amend this unconstitutional and unlawful monopoly creating rule.
