I recently got my patient card with grow rights - brand new and just under the wire. So, I have about a year to play with this. My house is small and there is no good place to grow here, but a friend has offered me a locked private outdoor space to use. This friend is NOT a patient. According the the AZ law do I have to keep my plants on my own premises, or can I utilize this friend's space that is at another address? And if I can, is the friend allowed to irrigate the plants or interact with them in any way when I'm not there?
Yes you can grow else where as of now but I hear Tucson wants to change it so you have to grow where you live. No if your friend does not have a card authorizing them to cultivate they can not be around your crop while you are not present.
oh thank you both, so the friend's place would be OK as long as they stay the heck out of the locked-up grow yard. I really like the idea of having natural sunlight on the plants. The address is fairly remote and discrete, but unfortunately not real close.
So the next question is if I set up an irrigation timer how often would I need to go over there to tend? I would guess less often when vegetatively growing but more when flowering?
