Shall there be an amendment to the Arizona constitution concerning marijuana/cannabis/hemp, and, in connection therewith, providing for the regulation of marijuana/cannabis/hemp; permitting a person twenty-one years of age or older to consume or possess limited amounts of marijuana/cannabis/hemp; providing for the licensing of cultivation facilities, product manufacturing facilities, testing facilities, and retail stores; permitting local governments to regulate or prohibit such facilities; requiring the general assembly to enact an excise tax to be levied upon wholesale sales of marijuana/cannabis/hemp; requiring that the first $40 million in revenue raised annually by such tax be credited to ________________??? ; and requiring the general assembly to enact legislation governing the cultivation, processing, and sale of industrial hemp?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Would you sign a petition to support this change to the Arizona constitution ???
The big question , who the $40 million in revenue raised annually by such tax be credited to ???? Mental health, homelessness, education , clean renewable energy ???
what the hell! Bob is that the amendment they are trying to put on the books? never happen! too much at stake for the dispensories. I would like them to back the no grow 25 mile rule. It would unite the communities in one movement to blow out the ******* legislators. worse comes to worse, another ballat request that we could get names to have voted on.I feel a backwash of puplic support would come our way. I am beginning to get legal info on what's the best way to go. the only thing I wonder about is the greed of the dispensories. do they want 100% of the action? I'm going to see what the skinney is. personally I believe they have a rough row to hoe. there are litterly milons at stake and if the greedy immoral legislatures can't get there's there is problems. they can't get a money count on us because we are free agents and are not prone to tell them anything. with them, our words can be used against us. so tell them nothing!
howdy, just read your post and i agree. no " joe millonaires" however we can't have it all either. but we need a bit more allowable growing and not just the 4% of the action if we move to the boonies. i will do that to conform to the current rule because at my age i want to enjoy my golden years and not go to prison again for this bull**** law which is really not the interpetation that we intended in the first place. somebody paid big money to add things for their own thing. please believe when I tell you it's all smoke and mirrows. i have been in the "business"  for 52 years and I do know some things. by the way, i have been growing here since 1972. have a good day.
