I don't know the law exactly..... Is there anyone for any reason who is still allowed to grow within 25 miles of a dispensary.. And please only answer if u know the law.thanks
you can grow this year as long as yer certified until your renewal.then no moar cultivation rights..the last cultivator cards were givin out in oct-nov 2012 time frame so there is a few people who can grow till those months this year..then the 25 mile rule goes into effect so unless you live outside a 25 mile zone of a dispensary you cant grow..we all need to move to the boonies
Police have been to my house numerous times for numerous reasons never involving plants... And saw my grow numerous times and I was fine. I want the law people not opinions.. This is serious shi@ here . What is in the law?
If you live within 25 miles of a dispensary when you renew you can no longer grow. In Tucson the zoning says you must live where you grow caregivers have different zoning. A caregiver can only grow for patients that have grow rights so once a patient renews they have the same 25 mile rule. A caregiver can live anywhere and grow as long as their patients are out side of the 25 mile zone.
