Thank you Bob and the others that have been devoted to the VERY IMPORTANT cause that will effect EVERY patient in the state positively. I know it's a lot to ask, but 100% of the patients in Arizona need to get involved, donate $5.00 to $500 a month, depending on your financial resources. If you want to enjoy this freedom and even more freedoms in the future, now if the time to start battling and demanding that OUR Constitutional Right to grow our own medicine is LAW in the State of Arizona.
Bob devoted many of his waken daytime hours to this cause. He needs more help physically and most importantly financially. I can attest Bob would not divert a dime of any money donated to the cause for any other reason. Bob is truly a righteous man who cares about you, the patient, whether or not you've even met Bob yet.
Please, this will take a concentrated group or TEAM assault. This is a mission, it will be long, tiring and with little to no rewards until that day when the judges hearing our case have no other option that to rul in favor of the Arizona Constitution and A.R.S. statue. The 25 MILE RULE is ILLEGAL. Unfortunately it will take US to get this case in front of a Judge who will eventually create the CASE LAW we need to regain OUR RIGHT to cultivate our own medicine.
If you don't or can't cultivate yourself, this still effects you. Once we win this case we with the knowledge and experience will be able once again to start cultivating. The more cultivation, the lower the cost to produce. End result, Top Quality MMJ for the very reasonable prices those in Colorado are now enjoying.
Thank to all who will make the commitment to help those of us lobbying and meeting with attorneys and legislatures, and will see this case all the way to victory.

WE ARE NOT A DISPENSARY, CO-OPERATIVE OR A COMPASSION CLUB. MY WIFE AND I ARE FELLOW PATIENTS AND DEPENDABLE, HONEST CAREGIVERS. I am a chronic pain patient in possession of a valid, Arizona Department of Health Medical Marijuana card, with cultivation rights. I offer caregiver services for nonprofit, cost of production donations. I also offer patient to patient transfers as allowed by Prop 203. I am not a drug dealer, nor will I consider assisting anyone who does not possess or is in the process of possessing a valid, Arizona Department of Health Medical Marijuana card.
Hello, I've got my paper work back, I've started fund raising. I need all of your support. If we are to change the 25 mile rule. I'll need the funds to continue. This rule effects us all. Thank you all. I am committed to advocate for patients rights. I am putting in 12-14 hours 7 days a week with TMMJ, The Human Solution and Patient Advocate Group. I do this because I believe in this plant and you guys.
Hey guys, I have talked to a person Saturday that is going to help with a music venue. I'm talking to two people that are helping to get bands. If you have any fund raising ideals let me know or if you would like to help in any way. Thank you all.

Map showing the 25 Mile Rule victims areas. There are still 13 more dispensaries that have their paperwork almost ready for final submission, so there could be a total of 29 open and operating dispensaries in Arizona.
Only a dictatorship would force patients living on a fixed income from the ability to cultivate their own medicine. This is wrong in so many ways. This fraud must be exposed to the general population and the Courts must be forced to rule against this illegal and un Constitutional portion of this law.

I had several of our patients inquire and want to get involved. I have asked them to get in touch with you and have sent them the link to this and the other topics. Please keep us all updated on the movements membership numbers and fund raising goals and benchmarks.
We are doing this for ALL the patients in Arizona. Keeping our expectations low and understanding that today's society expects "other people" to take care of the issues. But if this measure fails due to lack of funding or participation and ALL of the patients in Arizona are forced to pay $500 to $600 an ounce because of the dictatorship monopoly the 25 Mile Rule creates (never, EVER heard of in ANY other mmj state), then don't start crying about it at that point.
If you want to keep your Right to cultivate or your caregiver or friends Right to cultivate, and provide you with the highest quality mmj at half the cost, then please people, GET INVOLVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Getting involved does not include doing a bong. Just saying. LOL !!!!

Anyone interested in helping can call me at 520-407-6468 or donate through paypal tucsonbob55@yahoo. com be sure to state what the donation is for. To date we have to businesses supporting Patient Advocate Group, the first donations went to buy office supplies and printing. I still need the funds to publish articles of incorporation $200. We will be talking to other businesses here this week. To get the suit started we need $5000 with upto $5000 more. This will get us to litigation if needed. I'm hoping that we can get this at a reasonable rate or free through the ACLU. Total donations so far $340.00 balance $18.00
