Went to the city council meeting tonight. Some of the people that showed had to leave. I was not feeling well but went, I medicated before going but not much. I took a nice size doobie of Casey Jones with me.
When I got close I saw several TPD headed the same. I turned the corner and saw close to 100 TPOA shirts all wearing guns and badges. Tucson Police Officers Association was there to address the council. I went in signed up to talk the room got crowded, I gave my seat to a young lady. I could see 3 patients waiting next in line they had to wait and because I was standing I had to wait in the lobby. The lobby was full of cops talking one mentions they need a MMA venue here another said they ought to put a mmj dispensary in next to it. The TPD that was standing next to me said it smelled like fresh mj in the meeting room. He turned looked at me (I'm smiling with that doobie in my pocket) and said you have that on you. I said no I have it in me I have cancer and my card. He said then you're allowed to but that smells real fresh, I said it is I grow my own for now, I should have washed after rolling. They were all pretty cool about it.
I was not able to go over all I wanted to tonight I am still pretty sick done want I could. I would like to thank Shawn for a great presentation.

First time I take meds with me the place is full of cops, did it make me nervous some but I was there to stand my ground. I'm glad none of these guys are in the counter narco. squad. Tucson I wanted you to know we are here. We introduced Patient Advocate Group to the Tucson Police Department. They heard our message, they may not have showed support while we spoke but did show respect. For this I thank them.

It was not planed but days like today I have to have my meds.
