Im sorry if I missed obligations, but I have had a interesting couple days.
If you do not know what fentanyl is, it basically is a nicotine patch, but it dispenses powerful opiatiods instead of nicotine. I need these every two days to keep me moving and functioning due to severe pain from my broken back.
I, on Wed had oral surgery to remove two broken teeth. Due to the meds Im on, I needed A LOT of anastetic. I was VERY doped up. Coincidentally, my fentanyl patch leaked that night and caused me to OD. My wife, God bless her, checked on me, and when she had a hard time waking me and noticed me hardly breathing. She rushed me to the hospital before my breathing became to shallow. I came very close to dying as this was a fresh patch.
I found out that the lot of WATSON brand fentanyl patches I HAVE have been recalled for this exact reason.
If you or a loved on uses fentanyl, please be aware of the recall. These are only Watson. Mylan are recommended by me as they have NO resevor and no way to leak too much medicine. Unfortunatly, I had to get last months pain meds from a different pharmacy, that ONLY had the Watson.
I have spent the last two days in the hospital and have not been able to do anything for anyone. For that Im sorry.
Please follow up with me if I was going to help you out. I still have a lot on my plate, but I can meet people anytime after 10pm over the next few days if you need some meds, I have a few keif disks and a gram or so I can donate if you have nothing.
Thank you for understanding, and again, Im sorry if you felt I was "blowing you off" or "recinded my offer" I would NEVER do something like that. I am to caring of a person.

Rellik, your post has just saved a local patient potential harm. SallyJean is a 74 year old patient that uses many meds. She does not have a computer, or internet access... her technology at home is a rotary phone! Patty was here... and reading over my shoulder... and "asked doesn't Sally use a Fentanyl patch?" We just got off the phone... Watson Patch is what she has.. and due to little media/internet exposure, she was unaware of the recall! Your "down time" has served a senior member of the MMJ community!

Vito this is great news I'm very glad Patty caught this.

Im glad that my misfourtune has helped at least ONE person. That was my complete intent. I have had issues with Watson patches before. I highly recommend the Mylan brand ones. There is NO resevior, so meds cannot leak out. This was very scary, and would have definatly killed someone a little more frail. Im glad to have helped, and I hope that I can continue to help.
