I am currently growing my 12 plants at a friends who also grows. Just wanted to know more about the whole legality of this: I have posted a copy of my med card but that's pretty much it. I've heard different things from different people so I'm trying to get it straight. Opinions? Facts? Let me know :D

make sure you trust them so they don't end up getting mad at you and keep your plants

Thank you, Bob, for the url for Tucson zoning.  If I can find info for Pima County zoning regarding cultivation, I'll post the link.

I came across this article while searching:

http://www.kgun9.com/news/local/144054186.html

It's local news media, and it doesn't do anything to make the medical marijuana community shine.  There's a lot of bias against MMJ, and there will be bias for many years to come.

Thank you, Bob. I'll visit that site and see what it has to say. Would you like me to edit my post since the article is already posted in the news section? Doesn't matter a bit to me, personally, as I'm not a caregiver, although if I were a caregiver, it would interest me. The law is so slippery.

This is a grey area on the rules that we should take advantage of. There is no rule that I am aware of, that prevents Joe from growing his 12 plants at Sam's house...

Caregivers are different however, in my opinion... They should follow the county ordinences of not more that 250 sq ft total grow space... and comply with the $200 fee per patient the State wants....

When AZCS was busted; They did not accept the 'papers on the wall' concept as legal.

But to answer your original question;

Your good growing at a friends house. I am sure there are some friends that have many cards hanging on their wall. I'm just as sure that specific loophole will someday be plugged by the powers that be... But, meanwhile, we may as well take advantage of it.

AZCS was growing for the patients I see no problem if you are doing your own growing.

that's right. they were acting as caregivers with only a card on the wall and no fee to the state.

I guess the State did not take kindly to it...
