That's what happened to LT. There was no felony charge till they found the butter. Then it became a felony narcotics charge. In turn, that makes the ordinarily legal firearms in the house a felony. In turn they can confiscate everything they wish. Including the children. Right or wrong, that is the justification the TPD is using... A nice household of two beautiful children who desperately need their loving father... has been destroyed. The TPD view budder or any concentrates as manufacturing. Even if prop 203 reads differant. So becareful. __________________
