This site is fully dedicated to the propeganda of the dispensaries. I am currently just being slammed by scum ball dispensary advocates rich MFs yet they have disabled my ability to reply or even read any more news on thier site. So here was the last reply to my comment about the reality of the dispensary laws and so called compassionate owners of anyone who applied in this state and see what you think. Since I cannot seem to defend or rebute then please everyone on this site do so.. let these scum bags know we are not lazy, stupid or selfish.. that we are sick, poor and being set up to become criminals while they are raping us with the states blessing. Site is arizonamarijuanadispensary.com here was the last comment just sent to me by some ******* who states and according to linkin.. is a public advisor. He wants to help dispensaries open by bridging the gap and convincing people its a good idea.. great start ******* since we are the ones who will refuse to use a dispensary until we have equal rights.. so far you have the tact of a pig. Maybe he should try to live on 680 a month disability and hire an attorney.. and as far as fight politicians well I see a few doing their best including me by asking for signatures on change.org.. now time for the rest of you to step up. As far as speaking for all patients as this money mongor states.. well as far as I know of the hundreds I know.. not one wants to be arrested for choice but this ******* wants us too. And since the majority of card holders have requested cultivation he is calling the majority of the market he wantst to exploit ignorant, short sighted, selfish people. I think he can kiss our asses. Look him up on LInkin.. just another jerk willing to make a buck by selling his mother.
Just got word a local soon to be open Dispensary that plans to focus on Veterans Wellness is being protested by the local HOAs. This is after they have already been approved by the town! At some point the people need to pull together in opposition of people trying to halt the process. Dispensaries will [...]
That's right. I've never seen a home-growing patient or caregiver step up to hire attorneys to fight the politicians who want to kill this program. From what's posted on the various boards homegrowers are incredibly short-sighted, ignorant of how public policy is changed, and for the most part selfish - it's an "I've got mine" mentality. Don't speak for all patients, because as you should realize, not all patients can grow their own, or want to be tied to a particular caregiver.
I'm behind the removal of the 25 mile rule and have been since day one. I've signed all the petition and posted them here and on face book. I'm on disability and have cancer and have supported Billy Haze. I'm a member of several sites and know that when the state says we can no longer grow then at that time actual harm will accure. Then we can file an injunction for relief. Or file a law suit. From my understanding thier will be both individual and class action suits filed as I know more I'll post this info. I don't like you coming on here and acting like none of us here have or are doing anything most of us are willing to fight this but like you have no money for an attorney. But we do what we can I for one talk to everybody I can cardholder or not. Yes there are a lot of people that are sitting on the side lines, we all have a lot to lose. I'll stand with anyone trying to get the 25 mile rule over turned. This is a public forum and your comments are welcome. If you have a plan of attack let us know or anything that we can do let us know. TucsonBob
I am not the one saying no one is doing anything as I posted a response from the site I left info for.. This site is attacking us not me and then blocking me or others (I have two others I know of now blocked for standing against these dispensaries) but in the reality of things.. I also belong to several sites, I study the statutes, the law suits ( I was studying law prior to getting ill so have some legal background and can understand some of the legal mumbo jumbo) there is over 30k card holders. Now lets see how many are involved in anything at this time... like signing a petetion. I am not the first or last to try to get signatures and the most I have seen is a couple dozen. That is not being involved. Like not even a percentage of a percent of the actual people this law will effect. Yet the dispensaries have web site after web site claiming how great they are and support them. Yes, they are the money people and for that alone have the hands up.. but we need to be a voice... and we are a whisper at best.
So to clarify, the response about the card holders being self serving etc is from the site I have listed as an attack on me and yes you and and everyone else who does not accept that they are the " good guys" no from me. And we can start law suits now.. if in immenant harm ( ie: arrested if dispensary opens) then you have the right for an injunction or an oral response to stop the damage before you are inflicted. Hence Bill Hayes lawsuit... but seriously Bob if you know of more sites for me to try to recruit then pass them on.. I can spend hours and its been months til I found this site and I am passionate and dedicated to my cause.. not just a fly by night gripe. Thanks T
wow thanks for the links... like I have dug and dug and dug and cannot find squat. There are a few I know...I am one and most all I know up here are pissed and either just going to ignore the law and a few are waiting for the war waged against them. So seeing that 1200 plus have at least logged into said sights means some are paying attention.
Here is my question why there is not a law suit now. I mean AZ constitution; in a nutshell; reads that no law shall be inacted that is not equal to all. So saying that dispensaries and the owners can grow where ever and how many they want is one thing (since corporations are now considered people). Kind of iffy maybe. But to say that an AZ citezen by default of where they happen to live is either a felon or not is another. Placing privledge to anyone fortunate enough to live over 25 miles as a crow flies as legal to cultivate, yet making criminals by only one reason and that is your address. Well that to me in and of itself is a law suit and no one needs to wait til they are arrested or dispensaries are in business. The idea that if we make waves the whole law will be reversed is not correct. Any part of a legislation that breaks the AZ constitution should be able to be addressed and revised by court order. My two cents. What do you think? Anyone can jump in here not just TBob. Anyone out there a paralegal who can write legal case? Its not something that is really up to debate.. its the constitution. So if presented it must be reviewed and at least the very least an opinion made. I don't see how this law is not in direct violation.
