I just read the story on this dispensary passing and getting ready to open as well as Green halo who said they could open TWO weeks after inspection! I was hoping it was going to take much longer :(. Then goes on to say that us patients are so relieved that its finally here! What? I think we all agree that we are not happy. Now what happens?
We need for them to open. We want them to open but we need to stop the 25 mile rule. When they say that no more cultivation rights and the first person has been denied we can show harm. I'm in contact with others across the state, we are trying to figure out the best direction to go. I'll be asking for donations soon so we can help with the right lawsuit or suits. We are in this together.
