I was speaking to one of our states most influential industry leaders tonight. No one believes this a*# will be able to gather enough support or signatures to actually entertain a repeal vote, but if he does it will allow voters once again to vote (public opinion is up to 67% per the latest Arizona polls) and would be our potential avenue to amend certain items, like the ridiculous 25 mile rule.
I the meantime I wouldn't lose any sleep over this jerk or the hot air he is wasting.

I'm not sure if this also applies to prop 203 but at first glance I do believe it does. I was reading this article this morning court says state is stiffing schools when I read this:
"These arguments are not supported by relevant authority," Brown wrote, noting lawmakers were ignoring the Voter Protection Act, a 1988 constitutional amendment prohibiting lawmakers from repealing or altering any measure approved by voters unless the change furthered the purpose of the original measure, and even then only with a three-fourths vote."
I didn't know about the 'Voter Protection Act' until now so it seems even if they had some steam it would take quite a bit to repeal our current law.
