Paula Huff I had 11 plants and a valid MMJ card and have always been diligent to stay within the bounds of the law and even had NO usable cannabis in the house because I’d just run out when the SWAT team showed up right after I got out of the shower, and they dragged me outside and tortured me naked in the cold in front of all the neighbors and the whole SWAT team for over an hour until a fraudulent search warrant could be obtained because the cop who called the judge for the warrant lied and said my card was invalid. However, he logged my valid card into evidence. I get arraigned tomorrow. yea that was just arainment,guilty or not guilty,then it goes to court and it should get dissmissed, my lawyer paul called me i have to meet with him tomorrow afternoon to get my suit going, i told him about your friend and he is interested in talking to her and maybee represent her in a false arrest suit, depending on the facts.......
