I went there for my re-certification and paid the fee for them to submit my card on 1 Dec 2012. I didn't want to deal with the photo requirements so I paid their $30 fee and had them submit. BAD move on my part! As I write this post I still do not have my card and the proprieter Stuart Green has stopped responding to any attempts to correct issue. I hope this helps/prevents someone else in need of medicine from making the same mistake I made! As I sit here writing this I am still out the $278 they debited from my account on 3 Dec 2012. Also their complete screw up of the process has cost me my rights to grow too!

I wanted to say thanksfor al the verbal support!! Hopefully this guy will never open any more doors to the MMJ community. That is why I posted my story for folks to beware of the BAD people in the business taking advantage of patients trying to do the right thing. If any otber members have had dealings both good/bad, I would definitely like to hear them!!
