Hello everyone, my husband and I (a disabled vet) are getting our mmj card soon, and per the recommendations on here are going to go through Dr. Moroso. Thank you for everyone who posted regarding her and their experiences!
Does anyone have a primary provider or chiropractor to recommend?
My current primary does not document my migraines nausea and neck pain and just says to take pain relievers. I need a new primary to start documenting in order to get my card. I am not trying to fraud the system and I feel that if I go to new doctor they will think that.
