I'll be calling the city council this week to set up a meeting. AZ4NORML and I want to talk with them about make mj low priority and to make sure no more swat or narco task force used to investigate mj complaints without investigating to make sure they are not patients. We will let them know we will work with them to improve patient safety and address concerns of the citizens. If they aren't willing we will bring some people down from Phoenix and present a ballet measure.
I made you guys a promise long time ago to advocate for my friends and fellow patients. I have been busy keeping my word. I know this is not going to be easy but with the help of the community we can make a difference.
I have been ask if I could set up so people that want to help financially have a way to do so. If you would like to help I have a paypal account. tucsonbob55@yahoo.com thank you all this is because of you and for you.
Thank you for contacting me about this issue. I value the views of my constituents and welcome your continued correspondence.
Per an article I read, "A majority of Arizonans support the state's medical marijuana law and would support any future initiative to regulate marijuana in a similar way to alcohol, according to a poll commissioned by a marijuana advocacy group." The results of the poll suggest the public may not support efforts of lawmakers looking to repeal or prevent implementation of the state's medical marijuana law. I agree with the poll and would vote against repealing the law.
Tomorrow we become official I want to thank those who donated to make this possible. I'm 4 months behind but back on track. I took on a couple other causes that slowed this down. The Human Solution Tucson and speaking engagements. We will be at the City Council meeting Tuesday at 5:30 with NORML and members of the community, to ask that the police make mj lowest police priority. If you can make it please show up we need to let them know the community is behind mmj.
I want to thank all of you here at TMMJ it is because of you I have chosen to make advocating for patients rights my calling
Last night we went to the City Council meeting. I spoke representing Patient Advocate Group and as Admin for TMMJ. I asked that marijuana be lowest police priority and to have the counter narco task force to stand down and respect patients rights under prop203. We will be going back every week until they listen. We have started by voicing our grievances next if this does not work we will let them know that we will but this to a vote by the citizens by ballet measure or lawsuit. We will let them know that we fill the later two options are not what we want this will cost the taxpayers. We have already spoken by a large margin here in Tucson and Pima county. Come on by next Tuesday it starts at 5:30 it is your right to address our city leaders. Thank you all. Your friend and fellow patient TucsonBob.

We are going to test our 1st amendment rights. When we show for court support representing The Human Solution or Patient Advocate Group We will always do our best to treat everybody with respect. We will stand our ground but we will not be confrontational. We will do our best to put and keep a respectable face on this movement. We are not criminals we are people we deserve respect. No we demand respect from those we have elected to serve and represent us. Next week I'll have my nonprofit paperwork back from the state at that time we will take our message to the public.

I have to come up with a few more dollars to get us through this month and need funds to get started with June. We have fund raising plans but need help getting those off the ground. If you can't help with the funding and want to help pm me plenty to do.
Hello, We are looking for Cannabis friendly businesses that would like to help sponsor our mission. Sponsorship gets you ad space on http://tmmj.activeboard.com/ http://patientadvocategroup.org/ and Patient Advocate Group's new letter and fliers.
About We are a group of patients that advocate for the rights of patients and help provide access to natural and holistic medicine. These services are free to qualifying patients. Mission Our mission is to educate the community about the benefits of natural and holistic alternatives to mainstream medicine. To help patients that do not have the means find access to the medicines that they need. To advocate for a patients right to safe uninterrupted access to medical marijuana. We will stand in solidarity with anyone facing legal challenges, we will show up and give you court support while educating the public about are rights under prop 203 and the benefits of this plant. We shall educate the public about their right to jury nullification. We will work with the community and legislative body to improve access to medical marijuana.
Hello friends, I made you all a promise to fight to protect OUR RIGHTS. I have been keeping this promise. I am asking for your help. I have had only 5 of you help with any funding and a few more show up at court or the city council meetings. I will not give up on my mission, but I am disappointed in the support I have received from my friends here at TMMJ. I have given over 2 lbs of my own medicine out through the Need-a-Gram and 1 lb that was donated by your friends. It is time for you guys to get off your asses and help. If you don't have funds I could use your time. Just a little will help. I hear you guys bitching about the 25 mile rule, the cost and quality of meds. Patients still being arrested. I am fighting this for you. Those of you that know me know I have no money and I have spent more of my money than I can afford. It will be hard for me to make it through this month. I have had to pay for printing cost out of my own funds leaving me short for my food needs this month. I will do this again if needed. I have made you all a promise I will keep. I love what I'm doing and I care about all of you. If you believe in what I'm doing then show me your support. Words of support help but they do nothing to help with our goals. Thank you all. Much love, lets free the weed. TucsonBob your friend and brother.
