Hello, I'm needing a good copier/printer. I have found a nice used high volume copier for $350 this is a digital copier-printer does black and white also color.

MOTION TO DISMISS DUE TO A.R.S. 36-2811, A.K.A. “2811 SHIELD LAW”

Defendant, *[DEFENDANT], respectfully requests this Court to dismiss this case, due to protection provided in A.R.S. Section 36, Title 28, Chapter 11, also known as the “2811 Shield Law” referenced in A.R.S. 36-2811.
A.R.S. Section 36, Title 28, Chapter 11, forbids law enforcement officers from enforcing Medical Marijuana Laws, or compliance with anything under A.R.S. Section 36, Title 28.
Since Arizona Law specifically states that law enforcement officers do not enforce Medical Marijuana laws or compliance with them, and law enforcement officers broke this law by conducting a raid and search of Defendant’s home in pursuit of enforcing compliance with A.R.S. Section 36, Title 28, and Defendant had a valid medical marijuana card, and was therefore protected by the 2811 Shield Law against prosecution for criminal marijuana charges.
THEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that this Court dismiss this case pursuant to A.R.S Title 36, Section 28, Chapter 11, also known as the 2811 Shield Law.
